Happy Thanksgiving! Today I made Pumpkin Spice cupcakes w/ homemade maple frosting (pictured above), shortbread and an apple pie. Gotta love the holidays.

Day-um! Today I had a 99 cent ice cream cone from McDonald’s. It really hit the spot, especially after shopping at Annie Sez with my MOMMA, my NIKKI and her friends. It was a good day. =)
